Do you have a family history of a Genetic Disorder?

The majority of genetic disorders are rare. Hereditary genetic disorders can affect different members of the family and can be passed down to your offspring.

If you have a family history of a genetic disorder, or either you or your partner are carriers of some kind of genetic mutation, we can help you have healthy children.

We will study the tests that you have done or we will recommend some kind of genetic testing (chromosomal or molecular) that you can have, whenever necessary, so that we can give an accurate diagnosis.

We will give you suitable genetic counselling with a report on the risks of suffering from or passing on the genetic mutation that runs in your family and we will recommend, if it is technically possible, embryo selection that is done by means of pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD). This technique enables us to select healthy embryos to transfer to the uterus and thus increase the pregnancy rate.
